What we did for Christmas Vacation

First things first, we drove up to Noni's and got to meet Malia! Hurrah!! (As of these photos she was 3.5 months old.)
The Christmas Eve party boasted four generations!

Highlights included dancing and eating!

And the visit from Santa:

"No, silly Santa, I'm in SECOND grade! Not First!"

"I'm four years old!"

"This is as close as I will get, thanks for the Cars toy!"

After the party, it was back to Noni's to put out cookies, listen to "The Night Before Christmas," and go to sleep!

Guess What? Santa knew that we were all at Noni's, and paid us a visit during the night! The next morning, we all checked out what he brought for us.

Christmas morning was a gift bonanza!

Check out the view of Noni's living room from above...

Christmas was a pj's day... what fun!

Afterwards, it was on up to Portland for more Christmas partying! Julianna helped make the ice cream, Grandma supplied the flying monkeys contest, and Darell & Kathryn played "Marble Whacker" with the kids.

We're so lucky that we got to spend this time with our families!
